Questions about jobs

Hello! 
This is my first thread.. I was going to submit ban request but youtube is so damn slow for some reason.
Lets get to the point:
I am a good guy, trying to play as rules say, as good i can, of course i have broke some rules but because of other players being abusive towards the rules and me.
I have been demoted from gun dealer job for no reason and also have been propkilled several times. Also crashing is annyoing.. Is there possibility to be marked as "Good player" or "Bad player" or somekind of system to prevent the demote abuse. Maybe donators be able to demote or only mayor has ability to demote players after 5 minutes of playtime. or you could demote player after he has been playing 5-10 minutes?
Also, is it possible to make itemspawning shadow/ghost so for example when spawning atomic money printer, it wouldn't get stuck at the wall of flew on you and BANG your dead.
P.S. Someone should invent Combustible lemons!
